The Society’s Conference (AGM) is a chance for our members to come together, meet our staff and have their say. This year’s Conference was held on 2 December, at Maple House, Birmingham.

Time	Activity
10.00	Registration opens – A light breakfast and tea/coffee available on arrival
10.30	Welcome and Introduction from Jess Garland, ERS Director of Policy and Research
10.35	Presentation from Jon Walsh, ERS Chair on ERS work over the past year. Willie Sullivan, Director ERS Scotland and Jess Blair, Director ERS Cymru to also present on our work in those nations.
11.30 – 12.30	First workshop session
12.30 – 13.30	Lunch and Networking
13.30 – 14.00	In Conversation with ERS Chief Executive Darren Hughes (Includes Q&A)
14.00 – 15.00	Second workshop session (5 workshop topics repeated)
15.00	Plenary – Workshop feedback from facilitators and delegates
15.30	Closing remarks, thanks to outgoing Council members and Conference closes. (Those delegates not attending the AGM are invited to head to nearby pub with staff members for post-Conference drinks).
15.45 – 16.45	Annual General Meeting (separate agenda available for members)
