The Electoral Reform Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Saturday 13th December 2025.

10.05	Ordinary Resolution: To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting on 14 December 2024 The Board recommends that the members resolve by Ordinary Resolution to approve the minutes of the AGM on 14 December 2024. This Resolution requires a simple majority (i.e. more than 50% of votes cast) in favour to pass.
10.10	Annual Report Highlights & Questions, including receiving the Financial Statements for the year to 31 March 2025 Darren Hughes, Chief Executive, Dr Jess Garland, Director of Research and Policy, Willie Sullivan, Senior Director, Campaigns and ERS Scotland, Mat Mathias, Campaigns and Projects Officer, ERS Cymru. 10.30	Ordinary Resolution: Auditor’s reappointment and remuneration 2025-26 The Board recommends that the members resolve by Ordinary Resolution: To reappoint MacIntyre Hudson as auditor to the Electoral Reform Society to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, where financial statements are laid before the members, and to authorise the Board to determine their remuneration. This Resolution requires a simple majority (i.e. more than 50% of votes cast) in favour to pass.
